The Gallery explores the role mathematicians, their tools and ideas have played in building the world we live in. Our exhibits explain how some of the objects on display work and the mathematics involved.

The Design Museum's first free permanent display of its collection: Designer Maker User tells the story of contemporary design through these three interconnected roles "from the spoon to the city" Clay was invited to design four iPadPro based interactives for the gallery's activity tables. Two of the tables use RFID technology and real physical models as interfaces.
